How to mirror iPad to LG TV?

Hi everyone! I need help mirroring my iPad to an LG TV. I have a presentation with graphs that I need to show at a work meeting, and it’s obviously inconvenient to do it on the iPad.
Can you please tell me how to do this without using a wired connection? Cables are very inconvenient for me, and I would have to stand next to the TV if I used them. Thanks

Hi! If you’re looking to mirror your iPad to an LG TV without using a wired connection, here are a few methods you can try:

  • Apple AirPlay: If your LG TV supports AirPlay 2, you can easily mirror your iPad by opening the Control Center, selecting “Screen Mirroring,” and choosing your LG TV from the list. Make sure both your iPad and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Check here to see if your TV is compatible with AirPlay - Home app - Accessories - Apple
  • If your TV doesn’t support AirPlay, you can try using the DoCast app to wirelessly connect your iPad to your LG TV. DoCast provides reliable mirroring with good quality, though the free version does come with time limits for screen mirroring.

If you’re looking for an alternative, you can also consider the “TV Cast & Screen Mirroring” app. This app works well with the iPad but similarly has time restrictions in the free version.

For the best experience with either app, ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection.

I used AirScreen but noticed significant delays during mirroring. You can also try DoCast and Screen Mirroring | Smart TV. I successfully mirrored games to the TV using these apps.
